Hi there lovelies <3
I have a little bit of a confession, even though I try to eat healthy - I am such a junk food junkie at heart! Why does everything that's bad for you have to taste so darn good?! lol.
And, of course, I love pizza! I get random pizza cravings every now and then that just won't leave me alone until I cave into them. Recently one such craving hit and I decided to try and make my own pizza - now, I've done this before, but I've always used the shop bought bases that come ready cut with tomato paste already on. But this time I decided to make it completely from scratch, and boy - am I glad I did! It was delicious!
This is what the dough looks like before it rises:
After about 3 hours : (notice that *someone pinched off a little piece of the dough - I have another confession, whenever there is raw dough with yeast I simply must have a bite. It's gross, I know. LOL)
Then when I was rolling out the dough, I just HAD to throw the dough up in the air like all the Italian chefs do... But of course, I punched a hole in the dough when I caught it on my fist HaHa! And I had to start all over again. Eventually my masterpiece was complete:
Yummy! It was delicious. The only thing I will do differently next time is add even more cheese ;)
